Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Latitude 25 Degrees North Fragrance Lab, every session is custom prepared, which means all bookings and deposits are final and non-refundable. Your reservation immediately triggers the allocation of materials, bottles, fragrance oils, staffing, and space specifically for your group.

To cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your confirmation message.
Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Any cancellations within 24 hours, reschedule requests inside the 24-hour window, late arrivals, or no shows forfeit the full session fee. We cannot process cancellations or reschedules over the phone.

Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

In the case of a verified emergency or documented travel delay, our team may offer a one time courtesy reschedule based on availability. Qualifying situations include:

Medical emergencies requiring immediate care with hospital or urgent care documentation
Airline issued flight delays or cancellations on the day of travel with proof from the airline
Severe weather conditions or advisories that make travel unsafe with official notice

Personal conflicts, work obligations, childcare issues, missed alarms, and schedule changes do not qualify as emergencies.

Weather, Travel, and External Delays

We do not offer refunds or credits for missed sessions due to weather, flight delays, transportation issues, or personal conflicts. Because materials are prepared in advance and cannot be reassigned, all missed appointments are treated as a no show. If you qualify under the emergency criteria above, you may request a one time courtesy reschedule.

Late Arrival and No Show Policy

Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes after the session start time are considered a no-show. No shows receive no refund, no credit, and no reschedule. Sessions begin promptly, and late arrivals cannot be accommodated once blending instruction begins. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.
