Rescheduling:

You are allowed to reschedule your appointment one (1) time, at no additional fee, up to 72 hours before your workshop. To reschedule, please contact us via email at least 72 hours before the session date to discuss available options.

Rescheduling a booking the within 48 hours of the session will incur a $50 rescheduling fee per ticket.
In the case of an emergency, please email us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will do our best to work with you to find a solution.
Please note that any rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees and at the sole discretion of management.
Management reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time.
